- i am 26 years old, in college part time studing G.C.S.E English and G.C.S.E Math. i play a guitar and just started to draw again. i love reading. i have many friends but a few of them a really special friends to me they have really supported me. to be honest when i found out i was dyslexic i really hated it, i felt different and alone. then i opened up to a friend and told her i hated being dyslexic and really found out how to deal with it. Now i have dealt with it i love being me and being dysleixc is part of me. oh yeah i forgot the most important place i love and thats the dyslexia action in cardiff,
- Have you been assessed as being dyslexic:
- yes i was first assessed when i was 18, then when i went to college i was reassessed.
- Are you working or at college etc
- i am in a local college in cardiff, studying english and math. but trying so hard to get out of there. there is a great learning support centre there.
me being me, doesn't just mean being dyslexic, i am wacky
i was walking down the local lake with my fried and her two dogs and i was near the water but not to close and i told my friend that i had was going to move up to the path just incase her dog pulled me in the water....
she turned around and said to be yeah theres a crocodile over there, i started walking down the path, my face was a picture, i looked really closely and what was it...........
not a croc............... but a tree
omg i can believe i believed that there was a croc in the lake.......
thats all we have done is laugh about it.

when i started to learn my guitar i played it totally out of tune, hey but guess what i can play, teach and tune it in.

one year today/ college
Today i had a letter for the college to say i got an interview to do a teaching course. i cant believ it. its on 7th may does anyone have any tips of me plz.
